Venezuelan Pastry Chef,
Graciela is a Venezuelan pastry chef. She started as a home baker in Caracas and soon discovered that baking was not only her hobby, but her passion, and soon became her main occupation. After getting her diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts she worked as a part time instructor at gastronomic schools also in Venezuela and operated a home based catering business.
Graciela moved to The United States of America in 2017 and has been a bakery manager at Gabriel’s Restaurant and Bakery since March 2019.
